The Middle Grace was created for people who believe that what we wear can say something meaningful about who we are.

This shop offers original graphic T-shirts inspired by timeless truths, faith, American History, music, horses. humor, and the independent, blunt spirit of Generation X.  Some designs are thoughtful and encouraging.  Others are nostalgic, patriotic, witty and deliberately provocative.   Every collection is united by one simple idea: a T-shirt can be more than just clothing-it can be a conversation, a conviction, a memory or a reminder.

These designs combine old-world character with modern expression.  Old souls take notice.  Victorian ornament, vintage Americana, Western imagery, biblical passages, philosophical wisdom, musical sentiment, and unapologetic humor all live here.  These distinctive designs are rooted in ideas that have endured.

The Middle Grace is a labor of love.  The designs have gone through many incarnations as I wrestled with how to bring my inspirations to life.  The name of this store is inspired by mythology, history, philosophy, and the fact that I am the middle sister in my own family.  

Classic Americana keeps me inspired-the classic American t-shirt and jeans is as timeless as the sages of philosophy from days gone by.   Some things just need to revered and remembered.
